RETURN POLICY

At Surya Chamak, we want you to love your jewellery — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Items eligible for return

All items are eligible for return except for:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Earrings, due to hygiene reasons


Change of mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you’re welcome to:

  • Exchange it for another item of equal value, or

  • Have the value placed onto a Surya Chamak gift card, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

We want your experience to stay positive, even if your choice changes.


Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, our first step is to offer a replacement, exchange, or gift card.
If you’d prefer a full refund, you can follow the return steps below.


How to start a return

Please email contact@suryachamak.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the word “Return” in the subject line.

Once we confirm your return request, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.
Items must be sent back within 7 business days of our confirmation (the postage date must fall within this period).


Return postage

We do not offer pre-paid returns — customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.


Condition of returned items

To qualify for a refund, exchange, or gift card, items must be:

  • In perfect, unworn condition

  • In their original packaging, including jewellery pouches or boxes

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return.
Please allow an additional 3–4 days for your bank to clear the payment.

Refunds are made to the original payment method and will exclude original shipping costs.


1-Year Warranty

Every Surya Chamak jewellery piece is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a fault during this period — for example, colour fade, broken chain, or a loose stone — please email contact@suryachamak.com with photographic evidence within 7 days of noticing the issue.

We’ll happily offer a replacement, exchange, or gift card — on one occasion per item — within the warranty period.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.
After this time, your order will begin processing and cannot be stopped.

Once you receive your order, you’re welcome to return it following the policy above.
Please note we do not offer free returns.
