As every Lucky Scoop is a mystery experience, all Lucky Scoop purchases are final and non-refundable.

We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or replacements simply because you were hoping for a different item, as the surprise is part of the Lucky Scoop experience.

We also cannot exchange or replace individual jewellery items included within a Lucky Scoop.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [your email address], including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will aim to:

• Replace the faulty or damaged item where possible; or
  
• If a replacement is unavailable, issue the value of the affected item as a Surya Chamak Gift Card, which can be used towards a future Lucky Scoop purchase.
  

We reserve the right to request the return of any faulty or damaged item before processing a replacement or gift card.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Each Lucky Scoop is individually hand-packed to create a unique mystery experience. Please allow 5–7 working days for dispatch. During launches and busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
