Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Surya Chamak jewellery, but if you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless they are faulty or damaged.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement where possible or provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Dispatch & Delivery

Every Surya Chamak order is carefully packed and prepared before being sent.

Please allow 2-5 working days for dispatch. During busy periods, launches and Christmas, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
