Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
Yes, every Surya Chamak jewellery piece is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your jewellery arrives damaged or becomes faulty (e.g., colour fade, broken chain, loose stone), please email photographic evidence to contact@suryachamak.com within 7 days of noticing the issue. We will happily offer a replacement, exchange, or gift card on one occasion per item within this period.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are shipping within the UK only – but we can’t wait to sparkle worldwide in the future.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer Free Shipping on UK orders over £35. For standard delivery, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£2.90), which typically takes 2-3 working days once dispatched. For faster delivery, we offer Express Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£3.70), which takes 1-2 working days once dispatched.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, the order cannot be cancelled. However, once you receive your order, you are welcome to return it (please note we do not offer free returns).
How do promotional discount codes work?
Promotional codes can be used one at a time per order and cannot be applied retrospectively after an order is placed. A maximum pre-discount spend limit of £1000 applies. Please note that certain brand or product category exclusions may apply, and codes are non-transferable.
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping and the option to include a personal message, making your gift even more special. Simply add these options during checkout for the perfect gifting experience.
Returns & Payments

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for most items, provided they are in perfect condition and original packaging. Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on final sale items or earrings (due to hygiene reasons). If you change your mind, we are happy to offer an exchange or a gift card (valid for 6 months).
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please email contact@suryachamak.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and the word ‘Return’ in the subject line. Once confirmed, items must be sent back within 7 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs, and we recommend using a tracked service.
What payment methods do you accept?
Once we receive your return in perfect condition, refunds are processed within 2 business days to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs). Please allow an additional 3–4 days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
