Import taxes and duties -

Please be advised customers with delivery addresses outside of the UK, may be liable to pay local duties, VAT and import taxes. They are not included in the cost of shipping and Surya Chamak does not accept any liability for any of these costs if incurred.

RETURN POLICY

All Items are eligible for return except the products that are: Final sale items and earrings due to hygiene reasons.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:

Please email us at contact@suryachamak.com within 14 days of receiving, with your order number and ‘Return’ quoted in the subject line.

Once we email to confirm your return, the goods must then be sent back to the address provided within 7 business days of the email confirmation (postage marked within 7 working days).Please be advised we do not offer pre-paid returns, the customer is responsible for the payment of postage for the returned item/s.

Only goods that are returned in perfect condition and in original packaging, will be offered a full refund (minus the original postage cost).

Money will be refunded back onto the original payment method, within 2 business days of receiving the return. (Please note this can take a further 3-4 business days to clear into your account as per usual banking timeframes)

If an item arrives to us damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving the product. Please provide photographic evidence to contact@suryachamak.com

If your jewellery piece is faulty (e.g. colour fade/broken chain/loose stone), please note we will be happy to replace the jewellery on 1 occasion.

We advise our customers to use tracked shipping when returning an item, however If you choose to return your item using a untracked service, then please ensure you ask for proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return to us.

CANCELLATION

Please be advised you cannot cancel order/s after 1 hour of placing. Once you receive your order, if you wish to return you can do so, but please note we do not offer free returns.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT

At Surya Chamak we may offer promotional discount codes which may apply to any, or certain specified purchases made through the Surya Chamak Website.

Each Promotional code will be subject to specific terms & conditions specified at the time the code is issued (including the length of time to use the code) in addition to those mentioned in these Terms of Use.

Only one promotional code can be used against an order at any one time.

A promotional code can't be applied to an order after that order has been place unless explicitly stated.

A maximum spend limit of £1000 (or equivalent local currency) pre-discount applies per order.

Certain brand or product category exclusions may apply so we’ll let you know if you can't use your promotional code on anything before you complete your purchase.

If the promotional code has expired, you won’t be able use it.

We’re afraid we can’t accept any responsibility once we have given you a promotional code and we are not obliged to provide you with a replacement if it gets lost and/or gets used by someone else as this will result in the promotional code being cancelled. We are also not obliged to give you another promotional code to use if you place an order to replace a lost item.

If a promotional code is offered on the Surya Chamak Website and can’t run properly because of and not limited to; fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of the promotional code, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotional code.

Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you receive a promotional code, it can only be used by you on your own Surya Chamak account for the purpose for which it was issued, unless explicitly stated (i.e. “refer a friend”). You must keep it confidential and only use it for making your own orders on Surya Chamak. Don’t pass your code directly on to others or make it available to others (for example, posting it on social media or on a forum). If we believe that at the point of purchase or retrospectively you are abusing the use of promotional codes in any way (for example, selling them to others), we reserve the right to cancel your promotional code or suspend/close your Surya Chamak account without letting you know beforehand.
